1. Professional Services

Apex Veterinary Diagnostics provides specialized tertiary veterinary care. All diagnostic and therapeutic protocols are executed by licensed veterinary professionals. We act as an extension of the referring primary care clinic.

2. Referral Obligations

Referring clinics must provide comprehensive medical histories prior to patient transfer to ensure accurate diagnostic evaluation. We reserve the right to decline transfers if a patient is deemed too unstable for transport without specialized ambulatory support.

3. Liability

While we utilize advanced clinical diagnostics, veterinary medicine is inherently unpredictable. Apex Diagnostics is not liable for adverse outcomes arising from pre-existing complex internal medicine pathologies.
