Apex Veterinary Diagnostics collects patient clinical data solely for the purpose of tertiary care and diagnostic evaluation. Information submitted via our referral portal is encrypted and stored in our secure, proprietary nephrology database.

2. Data Sharing

Patient medical records are shared only with the referring primary care veterinarian and authorized specialists involved in the patient's care protocol. We do not sell or distribute clinic data to third-party entities.

3. Communication

By submitting a referral, you consent to being contacted by our clinical coordinators regarding patient transfer logistics. You may opt out of non-essential communications by contacting unsubscribe@infowebsol.com.
