By utilizing the SDMA (Symmetric Dimethylarginine) assay alongside high-resolution color Doppler ultrasound, we are able to detect chronic kidney disease (CKD) up to 48 months earlier than traditional creatinine baseline testing allows. Early intervention significantly alters the prognostic trajectory for our feline patients.

Our operational workflow integrates direct telemetry from the ICU to our proprietary nephrology database. This continuous data stream ensures real-time monitoring of hemodynamic stability and precise GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate) metrics during critical care phases.

High-Frequency Color Doppler Ultrasound

Our imaging suite is equipped with a 18MHz linear transducer, allowing for precise evaluation of renal architecture, adrenal glands, and pancreatic tissue. We perform ultrasound-guided fine-needle aspirates (FNA) and Tru-Cut biopsies under continuous ECG monitoring.
